Leadership Development in EE: A Community of Practice

How should we define “leadership” in EE in today’s context? What leadership skills and qualities are most important? What approaches have the greatest impact? What challenges or opportunities are you finding in your programs?

If leadership development is among your program’s goals, and you find yourself asking any of these questions, we invite you to join us! We are starting an informal community of practice for leadership development in EE to bring together anyone working in this space to share experiences, challenges, and resources, and help inform a leadership framework for our field.

Join us on December 2, 2020, at 3:00 PM US Eastern Time for our first community meet-up. Please fill out this form to receive the Zoom details: https://forms.gle/vqtmzQS2YBnE3vZX9

We recognize that leadership can show up in many different forms across communities and contexts, and that our many leadership programs are collectively working with a wide diversity of audiences (racially, geographically, generationally, and more). We hope for this community of practice to be an inclusive space where we can connect across a diversity of perspectives and experiences in the leadership development space.

We look forward to seeing you then! And feel free to reach out to Nina (nina@naaee.org) or Anne (anne@naaee.org) with any questions.
