We are starting an informal community of practice for leadership development in EE to bring together anyone working in this space to share experiences, challenges, and resources, and help inform a leadership framework for our field.

We recognize that leadership can show up in many different forms across communities and contexts, and that our many leadership programs are collectively working with a wide diversity of audiences (racially, geographically, generationally, and more).
