Favour Eragbie founded Friends of Nature Network in 2021, an organization for youths and by youths to empower young people in Africa to develop edge cutting solutions to halt climate change thereby contributing to advancing the Global Biodiversity Framework (Target 20) by 2030. Through this initiative she has implemented over 50 diverse projects across (coastal and land cleanups which have removed over 5000 kg of waste, produced over 2000 fuel briquettes, climate education to over 5000 K-12 students in Africa, Climate cafe with over 800 students to dispel climate myths, upcycling workshops to teenage girls, planted over 50 native trees species for land restoration) across 13 countries in Africa impacting over 15,000 young people with the knowledge and skills to drive a bottom-up action in their communities thereby bringing back healthy and flourishing ecosystems.

In 2022, she co-piloted a global programme with a team from the United Nations Environment Programme and University of Oxford launched during COP 15, Montreal, to lead a global network of students, universities, staff to use their skills, power and influence to restore their impacts done to nature through their activities, this initiative is strengthening biodiversity restoration efforts across 135 universities and 850 student ambassadors across 59 countries in the world.
