Having a passion for conservation, education, and entrepreneurial leadership, I consider my superpower to be championing great causes through relationship building and fundraising via grants. I especially enjoy working with non-profit leaders to synthesize their ideas and visions into written words and develop grant ready content to establish more sustainable internal operations and, in turn, secure more funding.

In my previous position as a non-profit Executive Director and since, I have raised more than 3 million dollars including awards from large and small private foundations and government entities including the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (Partnerships Grants) and PA Department of Environmental Protection (Environmental Education Grants). In my ED position, I was also honored to initiate and participate in a grant-led engagement with consultants to assess equity and inclusion in the non-profit’s program with the aim of re-designing an inclusive, welcoming, and safe, student experience.
Beyond grant writing and fundraising, my skill sets include post-grant award management, organizational systems development, program growth and development, marketing and design, and financial management.
