I am transitioning to consulting work after working as an Educator in Maryland promoting the "Green Schools" program in conjunction with MAEOE. 

I am a Biology and Earth Science teacher who has a passion for environmental conservation in my professional and personal lives.

I worked in science research for 20 years before getting my teaching certificate.  I taught high school science for 1.5 years in a traditional brick and mortar public school and 6 years in an online cyber school in Pennsylvania.

I have been in the education profession for more than 20 years. I worked in a public school as an Horticulture/Agriculture teacher with FFA and then began teaching physical science, earth science and environmental science in a private school setting closer to home. I also have earned my endorsement in driver's education. I keep adding to my skillset so that I never stop learning, and increase my value as a teacher. By doing this, I hope to improve the lives and the educational outcomes of my students. 

I teach Middle Grades Science Methods and Environmental Education. My research interests include outdoor classrooms and environmental literacy in pre-service teacher education.

Support masters level environmental professional programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies.

My name is Jess, I am a senior here at Delval and I’m majoring in Conservation and Wildlife Management. I love all animals and have a soft spot for marine biology. I like gaming, painting, listening to music, and all things DC. I'm really passionate about fossils and the Cambrian period, I find that really interesting and love learning about what Earth was like before we were here.

My passion is helping environmental organizations create conservation movements that grow.

PUDDLESTOMPERS' mission is to connect the youngest naturalists, ages 2 to 8 (and their parents and caregivers) to the open spaces in their communities. PUDDLESTOMPERS seeks to help build the foundation for a lifelong enjoyment, love of the outdoors, and a lasting stewardship of nature.
