I'm originally from California and graduated with my BA in History. I originally focused on Museum Education but have made the transition into Environemntal Education within the last few years. My passion is in non-formal education/alternative education. I enjoy story telling and am willing to be extra silly to get kids motivated and engaged. I have experience in non-profit work in education and behavioral management in and out of schools. I'm WFA certified and participated in many workshops to make my environmental education programs accessible. I enjoy taking my family out in nature and we often take long road trips/camping trips to keep us adventurous and curious about the outdoors. I personally enjoy writing, am currently working on my first book, and art such as sketching, painting, and poetry.
