Audrey Noguera's book, Find Your Forest, introduces young learners to key concepts such as the importance of urban forests and sustainable forestry as well as trees, birds, plants, and insects that make forests and parks unique and encourages them to get outside and explore nature right outside their door with knowledge and confidence. The book is illustrated to show kids who reflect the racial diversity of our country and incorporates indigenous knowledge throughout.
