Check out this exciting unconference for teachers, students, administrators, operations and facilities leaders, parents and anyone else interested in building their capacity for climate action in schools. Appleby College and Hillfield Strathallan College, two leading Canadian independent schools, are co-host schools.

All participants will discover new innovative ways to address the climate and biodiversity crises through classroom curriculum, in extra-curricular programs, student eco-teams, policies and practices, buildings and grounds, advancement, events and so much more.

An unconference is a participant-centred event with a focus on interaction, experiential learning and collaboration. In April, the emphasis will be on creating learning opportunities for groups who don’t usually learn or “conference” together a unique intergenerational and multi-stakeholder event.
