Natural Curiosity is thrilled to launch our virtual Summer Institute! This professional learning offering is for educators who wish to deepen their own inquiry into the ecology of Natural Curiosity – growing a learning environment where educators and students experience themselves in relationship with the Land and each other in community. This offering will involve a condensed time commitment and a hybrid of virtual and offline independent activities.

Over the course of two days, educators will explore the four-branch framework of environmental inquiry and the associated Indigenous lenses that present tangible entry points towards a reciprocal relationship with the Land participating as a co-teacher.

Facilitator: Haley Higdon (MA, OCT), Natural Curiosity's Program Director.

Dates: Tuesday, August 16th & Wednesday, August 17th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM EDT (this timeframe was selected to best accommodate educators from coast to coast).

Cost: This program has a flat fee of $200 that directly funds the session facilitator, coordination, guest speaker, and the development of future Natural Curiosity professional learning opportunities. Natural Curiosity is a 100% donor-funded program.
