Samantha Lindgren is an assistant professor in the department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership in the College of Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is affiliated faculty in the Grainger College of Engineering and the ADM Institute for Postharvest Loss. Her research focuses on youth-oriented Environmental Education and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and its impact on decision-making in the home, both in the United States and abroad. Her work is specifically focused around topics of household energy and sustainable agriculture.
