Having spent many years as a homeschool educator and then environmental education volunteer, I am now interested in gaining more structured training and certification in order to expand the ways in which I can be involved in the EE field. I consider this area of learning to be of enormous importance at this point in our human evolution, as rapid technological advances have enabled us to modify the natural world in dramatic ways which we have yet to fully grasp.
