I am a wellness professional with five years of experience in addiction recovery, where I supported individuals through healing and transformation during some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives. This work deepened my understanding of what true recovery and wholeness require—not just clinical intervention, but connection, community, and a return to natural rhythms.

Alongside this, I've spent many years planning and organizing events, developing strong skills in logistics, community-building, and creating meaningful shared experiences.

I'm now bringing these two threads together to create therapeutic retreat spaces that blend natural remedies and holistic therapies with intentional, well-organized programming. My goal is to help people reconnect with themselves and the natural world as a path toward alignment and lasting wholeness. I'm seeking to grow my knowledge of environmental education to further ground this work in ecological practice and sustainability.
