Miguel graduated with honors from the University of North Texas in May of 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and Sciences, majoring in Organizational Development and has a minor in Business Foundations. He is a consultant for the Education and Labor Cabinet for the Commonwealth of Kentucky overseeing the development of the state’s first Digital Equity Plan. He serves on the executive board of Future Without Poverty, a member of the Latino Climate Council, and is an avid nature and wildlife photographer.
