TIME Magazine Climate Reading For Kids
TIME Magazine is looking for climate reading material (picture books, novels, comics, etc.) that explain this important subject to younger children—particularly students ages four to ten—engaging them at age-appropriate levels.
Your expertise will allow the TIME Magazine team to compile a resourceful list of books that help children understand factors causing global warming—and also its consequences. The books can be about extreme weather events, biomes like forests and oceans, or about plants and animals. They can be illustrated stories that touch on the theme of climate, or biographies of climate activists and scientists. They can even be cli-fi adventure novels geared for the older elementary crowd.
The survey will be open until Monday, August 22. Thank you so much for your time!
