The UNDP-led Equator Initiative is excited to announce that the global call for nominations for the Equator Prize 2023 is now open!

This prestigious prize will be awarded to outstanding community and Indigenous initiatives that are advancing nature-based solutions for local sustainable development, climate change resilience, and more. Each winner will receive USD 10,000 and be supported to participate virtually in a series of dialogues and special events this fall.
