Water connects all cultures and communities, across all scales—from wells to watersheds, rain to rivers. The complexities of managing water take more than policy—it takes people, diplomacy, and careful attunement to the history and culture surrounding these precious resources.  

Developed in partnership with University for Peace and IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, and designed for both professionals and graduate students, the master’s program in Water Cooperation and Diplomacy (WCD) builds on this philosophy and encourages a broader approach to water conflict and peacebuilding.
