Natural Curiosity Group Coaching

This program supports educators in transforming and/or deepening their Natural Curiosity teaching practice by providing a safe online space for open conversation, community, and collegial friendship. A small group (max 20 educators) will meet monthly to unpack key principles in Natural Curiosity. Coaches will loosely structure workshop sessions with ample time for group discussion, challenging participants to reconsider their pedagogical practice while sharing and learning from one another.

Commitment: 6 monthly sessions, on the following dates, from 7 to 9 pm ET. January 19, February 16, March 30, April 20, May 18, June 15. 

Coaches: 

Early Years–Primary Coach: Velvet Lacasse, BEd, OCT, MEd (OISE-UofT)

Junior–Senior Coach: Maria Vamvalis, BEd, OCT, PhD Candidate (OISE-UofT)

Cost - $390 without copies of Natural Curiosity 2nd Edition. $434 with copies of Natural Curiosity 2nd Edition (+ tax and shipping)

NC is a 100% donor-funded program – the cost of our professional learning programs directly funds planning, facilitation, pre and post-conversations regarding the workshops, and administrative time including the set up of a Zoom meeting, interactive software, resources, and follow-up support through an online forum.​

​Participating educators will receive a certificate of completion from Natural Curiosity and the Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study Laboratory School (OISE-University of Toronto).​
