Earn a Masters degree in 8-academic quarters (20 months) gathering 45 academic credits in

  • Multicultural Leadership Strategies
  • Community Engagement and Organizational Management through the lens of Social & Environmental justice

The First Year focuses on coursework and building a Professional Community of Learners.  

The Second year engages you in Participatory Action Research and the 3-day Paid Research Practicum in a community-based organization.
