Samantha Battersby is an environmental and conservation education professional with over 7 years of experience within the field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Central Florida and is currently earning her Master’s in Biology from Miami University.

Heidi is the Founder and Head Forest School Leader of One Forest. She is a UK Certified Level 3 Forest School Leader.  She conducts Forest School sessions as well as trainings for parents, caregivers, and educators of young children. she/her/hers

Born @ 328.75 ppm CO2, my background is in disaster risk management and climate change. I currently manage the secretariat of the Adaptation Fund's independent evaluation function. I am not an educator, nor an environmentalist, more an environmental engineer and policy tinkerer.

I am a photographer and filmmaker with a background and masters degree in environmental science. I'm certified as an interpretive guide by NAI and a licensed outdoor guide by New York State.
