Cathy Hearn serves as a Program Improvement Specialist at the Center of Education Design, Evaluation, and Research (CEDER). Her work focuses on program design, management, and evaluation in service of improvement, as well as training and mentoring emerging evaluators.

I taught MS science & math in Los Angeles before trading the four walls of the classroom for the four points of a compass, working as an itinerant naturalist throughout CA. I was a program director for Outward Bound Adventures and an executive director at a WA nonprofit before joining NEEF in 2017.
