I grew up in the woods of northern New Jersey, which embedded a deep connection between myself and the natural world. I try to foster this same type of connection between my students and the environment.

I have a Master's in Environmental Education & Science from Prescott College and am the President of the Arizona Association for Environmental Education. I am the Executive Director of the Arizona Association for Environmental Education and also Direct the AZ Master Naturalist Program.
