Lauren K. Denney works as an educator, environmentalist, and advocate for social justice in the city of St. Louis, MO. She teaches outdoor education at City Garden Montessori School, where she also manages the school garden. She will soon graduate with her Master of Arts in Teaching Biological Sciences through Project Dragonfly at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and Missouri Botanical Gardens.

During college, I worked as a teacher naturalist for the Mass Audubon. I recieved a bachlors in anthropology from Bridgewater State University. After college, I participated in the WWOOF program, hopping from farm to farm. I settled in Vermont and worked as a farm sitter and property caretaker. I am currently living in Boulder, CO and taking courses at CU Boulder. I work as a substitue teacher at Mackintosh Academy.
