The Nature Explore Program helps reconnect children with the natural world by working with hundreds of schools and early childhood programs throughout the nation to create nature-rich outdoor classrooms and provide professional development for educators on nature education. Exchange Press provides a bi-monthly professional publication, Exchange Magazine, for early childhood leaders, publishes books, and creates other professional development resources for the early childhood field. Dimensions also runs two early childhood schools, Dimensions Education Programs, that serve 300 children ages birth through age five during year-round programming.

Dimensions Foundation is an administrative partner for the World forum Foundation whose mission is to promote an on-going global exchange of ideas on the delivery of quality services for young children in diverse settings. Tara’s work is fundamental in the World Forum event implementation and program development.

Tara has developed and hosted large gatherings for key partners during the NAEYC national conference. She has spoken at national and international conferences such as the World Forum and the Nature Explore/Outdoor Classroom Leadership Institute.
