I write both fiction and nonfiction picture books that honor big feelings and inspire young readers to explore and protect our big, beautiful world. My debut, ENOUGH TO SHARE, is scheduled for a spring 2026 release by Tielmour Press. My second book, A RIVER IS, will be published later in 2026 by Bushel & Peck Books.
As a journalist, I’ve published more than 1,000 articles about everything from astronauts and orchestras, to politics and pets. But the first story I remember writing was in third grade, about a bearded hero who picked up litter. Today, many of my picture books are still about nature and taking care of the earth.
