My name is Maria Asan and I am a STEAM teacher in Bristol Township School District. This is only my second year teaching STEAM but have been teaching in BTSD for twenty years. I love nature and science and hope to bring that love to my students.

I have done all four workshops on the new STEELS standards for the state of Pennsylvania in hopes to connect them to Project Lead The Way that our district has introduced to our district. I love hands on experiences and think that that is the best way to learn. Before I begin PLTW, I teach Digital Citizenship and encorporate experiments as well as building challenges to the students from kindergarten to fifth grade.
