I've been an environmental educator for over 30 years, working for non-profits, government, and for-profit businesses with experience across the southeast, midwest, and northeast. I continue to lead programs outdoors for people of all ages. Additionally, I teach workshops on understanding AI's role in our work and its challenges ethically and environmentally.

Along with teaching programs outdoors, I have created a podcast called "Nature of the Upstate." Each month, I discuss a different nature topic as I learn more about the natural history of the South Carolina upstate. Additionally, I have started a substack called "The Interpretive Edge" which gives tips and tricks on natural history interpretation and environmental education. Furthermore, I offer on-line workshops on understanding the basics of AI, the ethical and envionmental implications of AI, and how it will impact our work.
