I received my B.S. in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1975, my Masters from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. My work experiance includes 36.5 years in education in tthe Plum Borough and Franklin Regional  school districts respectively. Since retireing in 2012, I have worked for Rivers of Steel as a Science educator aboart the Explorer on Pittsburgh's Three Rivers, A Docent at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and most recently as Docent and Director of Education at the Rachel Carson Homestead in Springsale, PA.
