Dr. Benjamin Damoah is an environmentalist and, Associate Researcher at the University of Fort Hare, South Africa ,Researcher at the University of Southern Mississippi.He is a seasoned educator with nearly two decades of experience. An editorial board member of the International Journal of Environmental Protection and Policy (IJEPP), a reputable journal based in New York, USA, and a member of the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) in the United States.

His impressive credentials as a towering figure in the educational community include a Teachers Professional Certificate "A," an Advanced Certificate in Education, a Bachelor of Education with Honors in Environmental Education, a Master in Environmental Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Education. Dr. Damoah is not just a former classroom teacher for the Ghana Education Service and the Eastern Cape Department of Education in South Africa, but he is also a successful administrator and entrepreneur.

His area of expertise is environmental education, and he has written stimulating articles with a definite environmentalist slant. The goal of environmental education is to create awareness and understanding of complex relationships between humans and the environment and to empower individuals to take action to protect the environment. This can involve teaching people about the laws, policies, and regulations, as well as providing practical skills and knowledge for reducing their environmental impacts. He is a staunch proponent of environmental consciousness and the inclusion of environmental content in curricula from preschool to higher education institutions. He has travelled all over the world to engage academics in the subject of environmental education because of his unrelenting commitment to environmental literacy. He has visited the Netherlands, the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and the United States of America. As a result, he is used to many cultural norms and has seen how various individuals' values have been modified to support resilience, mitigation, and adaptation to climate change.

Dr. Damoah maintains strong ties with masters and doctorate students in the diaspora, which has led to the formation of a network of environmental education experts who have a shared goal of environmental activism. He has supervised and co-supervised honours, master's, and doctoral students.

Dr. Damoah is the kind of person who gets things done, exhibits initiative and innovation, has the potential to profoundly influence others, and consistently has a sincere belief in the worth of the type of work that he does. He can work productively, efficaciously, and peacefully with people of both genders, from any race or religion, as well as from various age groups and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. He is capable of multitasking and can work under sustained pressure in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. He has the capacity to adhere to procedures, policies, and rules while maintaining clear-minded practices.

Dr. Damoah advocates for integrity, openness, and effective management. He is an amiable scholar and knowledgeable environmentalist. He is a good communicator, a team player, and a skilled networker. He is a seasoned teacher, scholar, researcher, and kind yet firm. He is a contented family man who is married with children.
