Interviews for NOAA History Project

Hello all,

I'm starting a collection of audio-only interviews with professionals in the field of environmental stewardship. This collection would be archived as part of the VOICES project with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

These interviews, also called oral histories, contribute to the NOAA mission of “Science, Service, and Stewardship” by compiling, archiving and sharing the experiences of stakeholders, scientists and others.

These interviews will be conducted remotely, unless participants happen to be in the New York City/ New Jersey area.

I aim to make this experience informal and relaxed for participants. I'm looking to complete these interviews between now and mid-May but can also schedule interviews this summer.

If you're interested in finding out more, you can email me at ms2302@columbia.edu.

Thank you,

Meave Sheehan
