About the CNRx Academy

Led by Dr. Don Rakow (Cornell University) and Dr. Dorothy Ibes (William & Mary), the Campus Nature Rx Academy Certificate Program provides a year-long, evidence-based program to guide your team in co-creating or expanding Nature Rx programming tailored to your unique campus culture. Through this work, participating institutions not only enhance student resilience, retention, and academic success, but they also promote equity, inclusion, and a stronger sense of belonging. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis, but priority is given to those received by July 1, 2025. A limited number of scholarships are available to institutions serving primarily students of color and/or first-generation students.

Program Highlights

  • Live Virtual Workshops, led by CNRx co-directors and recorded and shared with participants
  • One-on-one Co-creation Coaching Sessions scheduled with each campus team
  • Individualized feedback on strategic plan development
  • Access to exclusive CNRx Academy resources, including the custom CNRx Campus Profile tool, research guides, and Campus Nature Rx funding guide
