Naturalists, teachers, pre-service teachers, scout leaders, homeschool parents, and others interested in environmental education are invited to attend this Project Learning Tree workshop. Using standards-based, hands-on preK-8 activities, this interactive workshop will focus on environmental education and habitat. Participants will receive the Project Learning Tree activity guide. Upon completion, participants will know more about Indiana plants, be able to discuss humans’ roles in trees and habitat conservation, and be comfortable replicating workshop activities in their own education settings.
