M.S. Ecological Teaching & Learning

The Master of Science in Ecological Teaching and Learning at Lesley University is designed for educators from private and public schools (Pre-K-12); museums; non–profit centers; and environmental centers;  who want to deepen their understanding of ecology, sustainability, living systems and ecological education and to apply their learning to their professional contexts. Educators from across the disciplines – not just science teachers – complete this program. ETL is an 18 month program that includes two summer field experiences – coastal Maine and Boston, MA -  and distance learning in the fall and spring semesters. To be considered for a scholarship students need to be accepted by March 1st! Begin in summer and conclude the following fall, with a combination of fieldwork and online learning in this nationally recognized EE program.
