What is the Conservation Career Accelerator?

Do you work in wildlife conservation, but feel you’d like to have more purpose, impact, and happiness in your career?

The Conservation Careers Accelerator is a comprehensive program of training, support, and jobs designed to take your career to the next level. 

The structure of the program has been informed by six years of teaching career planning to over 120 amazing students at the University of Cambridge, Masters in Conservation Leadership.

This is a 12-week online program, which takes you through a step-by-step process to achieve more purpose, impact, and fulfillment.

The commitment is around an hour per week, but you can choose to work entirely at your own pace over the course of a year. It’s totally flexible.

Who is it for?

This is a program for people who have at least three years of experience in the wildlife conservation sector and wish to unlock more purpose, impact, and happiness in their career.

This includes all roles within the expansive nature conservation sector and from across the globe.

How do I enroll?

Enrollment for the next intake closes on Sunday, March 27th, 2022 and the course starts with a special live event on Thursday, March 31st, 2022.
