Participants:

• Learn how to use the outdoors as a classroom with integrated curriculum and in support of state academic standards. 
• Gain knowledge and hands-on experience with the prairie pothole ecosystemn with direct carry-over to any geographic location, age, and season.
• Discover ways to motivate students, strengthen outdoor teaching and reflection skills, and apply those skills to indoor curriculum. 
• Participants receive 28 clock hours of continuing education credit.  An option of free lodging is available on-site.
