Investigate climate change phenomena, work with scientists, and take part in inquiry-based learning experiences!

Join the Wade Institute for Science Education and our collaborating partner Salem Sound Coastwatch for our two-day professional learning workshop, “Investigating Climate Change: Exploring Resources and Data for the Classroom.”

Work with teaching resources including Data Nuggets, En-Roads, CLEAN Net, and the GLOBE Program. Connect with local climate change scientists from UMass Boston School for the Environment and Northeastern University Marine Science Center. Gain tools and resources to confidently integrate climate change into your instruction to engage your students in data collection and analysis, systems thinking, and problem-solving around challenging and dynamic topics of climate change!

Dates: Friday, December 2nd, and Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM ET)
Cost: $165 per participant. Teaching team discounts are available.
