I am a 40 year old elementary school teacher. I have had the opportunity to work with Teachers Going Green the past few summers and have enjoyed learning and growing with middle school students through environmental service learning projects. I enjoy biking, geocaching, and, reading comic books.

My goal is to help students gain knowledge about and develop connections to Lake Michigan. This program will potentially lead students to pursue water science based jobs, make personal choices to improve storm water run-off, build respect for the watershed in which they live in.
