Hello, I am a student in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication at the University of Georgia in the Master of Agricultural and Environmental Education program with an emphasis in environmental education and communication.

PhD Candidate at the University of Michigan. My research focuses on how environmental education organizations and environmental educators are working to increase historically marginalized groups’ access to, and opportunities to engage in environmental education.

I’m a K-12 science instructor and curriculum developer from Southern California. Along with traditional classroom teaching, I’m also involved with various EE/OE programs, as well as other conservation nonprofits dedicated to protecting the open spaces and natural waterways of Orange County.

I am a Costa Rican Fulbright Scholar with a Master's Degree in Environmental Resource Management and a BS in Marine Biology. I am writer and co-founder and Sustainability Director of Del Mar Academy, a 5 Star Ecological Blue Flag International School located in Nosara, Costa Rica.
