I love teaching, and sharing the joy of nature with everyone I meet. I have been helping to get Coldharbour Institute's Environmental Education program up and running, a local non-profit that has land and ranching ties. I also work for the Master in Environmental Management Program at WCU.
I am a retired graphic designer and photographer (Kodak) who is concerned with the sustainability of our water resources and the impact it may have on our children. My company, H2Ology, has created two oversized classroom environmental education board games targeted to middle school students.
Currently working as a lecturer and researcher at Hong Duc University in Thanh Hoa province of Vietnam. Big interests are of raising awareness of people about environment - related issues and sustainable development with more focus on the involvement of students at different ages and communities.
As an outdoor recreation guide (rafting, skiing, hiking, and camping), I loved sharing my love of nature. In my current role at a Nature Center in Juneau, AK, I connect visitors with the nature of my new home.
