Carrie has a strong foundation in environmental education & wilderness experience with a passion for working with youth. She has worked at nature centers, residential centers, on the east coast and in the Rocky Mountain wilderness. She enjoys snowboarding, climbing, hiking, yoga, & photography.
I am a current PhD Student in Special Education at UNC Chapel Hill. My primary research interest lies in increasing access and inclusion to nonformal science education environments, especially zoos, for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
Hello! I'm Lisa. I reside in Michigan and work for a large nonprofit, TrueNorth Community Services. I have the privilege of overseeing our Parks in Focus, outdoor education program. I love engaging youth in the outdoors and see their excitement as they become comfortable in new settings.
