I am primarily engaging my 3000 low-income students and their families in addressing environmental issues. I create the lesson plans that allow them to learn whats happening on our planet and what manageable steps can be taken at home & school to decrease their own impact on the environment.

"How can environmental education and interdisciplinary social science research advance sustainability?" is the question my teaching/research focuses on. I seek to develop a blended theory across domains and continue to conduct evaluative outcome research focused on identifying "best practices."
