Coming from the K-8 Art classroom I moved in my position as Assistant Director for the Southeast Michigan Stewardship Coalition. In my role, I work directly with K-12 educators and also community partners to support place-based learning.

I'm a lifelong naturalist and nature artist with a deep passion for environmental education, especially in the areas of biodiversity and climate change. With Green Teacher, I wear many hats, including magazine editor; webinar host; podcast writer, editor, and co-host; and resource reviewer.
