Hi everyone! I am in my last semester of the Forestry Conservation Master’s program. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2021. I just got married in December! When we aren’t working or traveling, I love to exercise around the National Mall, binge-watch Game of Thrones or Gilmore Girls (yes, very different categories), and put together lego sets. When we are back home in Florida, I love to participate in various water sports, off-shore fishing, and help with construction projects my parents and in-laws have. Sadly, my house was affected greatly by Hurricane Ian as we lived on Fort Myers Beach so we have been trying to help as much as we can. 

I have always had a passion for the environment and trying to make a difference. I would say my superpower is multitasking and the ability to stay calm during hectic situations. With these two traits, my dream is to work with an environmental/conservation-based NGO or a Federal Agency/organization to make a difference toward sustainability. I have such a large passion for limiting plastic pollution. 

 

James McGirt is Manager of Education Programs for National PLT. He is devoted to helping teachers, students, and schools adopt practices to make their campuses more green, and his work with PLT centers primarily around PLT's GreenSchools! and GreenWorks! service-learning programs.

Ming-Feng Lee, who graduated with a master’s degree in the Department of Civic Education and Leadership of NTNU. He is the founder of Youth Volunteer Service for Eco-Friendship (Taiwan).Promoter of Youth Practice Environmental Sustainability Action for 20 years without interruption.

I am an undergraduate student with a minor in EE. I have past experience volunteering at a nature center and participaiting on programs. I am passionate about wildlife conservation and how that can be turned into educational programs.

I work with the CIty of Greenville Recreation and Parks Department, at the the science and nature park, known as River Park North. I enjoy providing learning opportunities for people and exploring the outdoors. 

I am the Founder of a social enterprise based in Trinidad and Tobago called Siel Environmental which works in waste education and the President of a non-profit called Transforming Environmental Education Successfully (T.E.E.S.), which works in EE and its incorporation into the national curriculum.

I have taught environmental education for over ten years in western Pennsylvania. I am known locally for my backyard chicken workshops, which is coming in pretty handy with these egg prices! 
I am passionate about connecting children with nature and teaching sustainable lifestyle techniques.

My name is Paige and I am a college student currently working toward my Environmental Education Certification. 

I am an professional engineer in environmental engineering who decided to start an organization to help students pursue their education. Finishing my doctorate in higher education leadership, I spend my "free" time playing with my brilliant kids or training to be as strong as my espresso.
