I am a career educator with over 15 years of experience in public school settings and 5 seasons of outdoor education in state and local parks. I currently work with 4-H at the University of Maryland implementing environmental education programs aimed at developing life skills through civic action.

Hi. My name is Evelyn Paddack, and I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I have been teaching since 2005. I currently teach kindergarten at Rollingwood Academy and will transition to an administrative position next school year.
My work focuses on "culture shifting", emphasizing curricular integration of service learning, sustainability and global citizenship across all learning environments and includes heavy doses of collaboration and communication with administration, faculty, students and external organizations.
Over the last 20 years, I've worked with eco-organizations including, The New York Botanical Garden, Sustainable South Bronx, the Greystone Foundation, Hudson River Clearwater, CityParks Foundation, and the Bronx River Alliance to bring stewardship opportunities to students of all ages. GI Nerd!
