My name is Rebecca Haley. I am reentering the world of Environmental Education from being a middle school teacher. I am working on my environmental educaiton certification and will be starting a graduate program at Western Carolina University for outdoor and experiential education.

Miho Aida, originally from Tokyo, is the Director of Equity & Inclusion at NatureBridge, and a guide for the Women of Color Wilderness Retreat at the Balanced Rock. She is also an award-winning filmmaker and socially-engaged outdoor athlete giving a voice to outdoor women of color.

A leader in community-based environmental action, committed to social and environmental equity with 12+ years of experience in program and partnership development, strategic planning, community engagement, volunteer management, behavior change strategies, marketing and program evaluation.

Emily Edmonds-Langham steers the Education Department’s work in serving family, adult, and youth audiences. Whether in the classroom herself or supporting the growth of her colleagues, Emily strives for scientific rigor and playfulness in equal measure in all of the work of her division.
