Hero Kids Foundation was founded eleven years ago on the realization that nature—specifically, horses—can do a lot of good for a family’s overall communication and bond. Our nature-based approach to education and therapy, which includes equine therapy, surf and kayak excursions, and family counseling, helps families of first responders, military personnel, and law enforcement officers connect, restore communication, and thrive as a unit. Hero Kids Foundation is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit organization.
