I lead in the strategic implementation of Project Learning Tree® (PLT)programs, working directly with the PLT Network of state and international partners to grow the reach of PLT programs and strengthen impact.As part of this work I lead the PLT Annual Conference, which brings together over 100 EE leaders from across the country and internationally. The conference has been consistently supported by ee360+ and the previous ee360 grant. Sessions focus on equipping education leaders to improve and grow the sustainability-focused professional development they provide and features many initiatives supported by the ee360+ partnership,  Attendees come away with an increased skill set in reaching disadvantaged communities, supporting career pathways, climate education, and more.
