The application is called Natage, which comes from National Heritage, that is, national heritage. The application aims to accumulate information in relation to the national wildlife heritage.

A large database of photographic material of various species of plants, birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects and others has been created, which exceeds 4000 photos submitted by users, nature lovers, etc. The purpose of the application is to constantly update the database from photographs that define the wildlife heritage in Greece.

Users of the application have the opportunity to submit photos and thus contribute voluntarily to the updating of this database. Every user who submits the photos has exclusive rights to the photo, without copying and alteration. Thus, through the application, a huge Greek encyclopedia has been created.
