We are co-hosting a Leadership Institute in Maine July 9 - 12 - Leading Beyond Green: Building the Future through Regenerative Learning and Practice

Part think-tank, part workshop, part retreat, with lots of collaboration, fun, good food, and time in nature. It is for any leader in the K-12 space - people leadership and sustainability positions in districts or schools (curriculum/program AND operations leaders), or people in not-for-profits, architects and others in the built environment working in the K12 space and interested in pushing the "green" agenda to the next level.  Bill Reed at the Regenesis Group (and co-founder of LEED) will be leading the opening workshop, and we will build on the work of he and his colleagues to explore regenerative practices in K12. We are excited to have the International Living Future Institute participating as well.  Here is the working draft of our agenda

The setting is The Ecology School at River Bend Farm in Maine. It is an idyllic spot, designed as a Living Community Challenge campus, with a Living Building Challenge dining hall and dorm. They have a wonderful chef leading his team to serve farm-to-table from their own organic garden and other local sources, all prepared in their fully electric kitchen. There are hundreds of acres with hiking trails and the beautiful Saco River. Last year we had the most lovely evening paddle, bonfires each night, and lots of connection with their beautiful campus.

We have info sessions on March 28th and April 8th, and we will schedule more later in the spring. People can book into one of these sessions with this form.
