Reef Check Foundation is now booking trips for our Educational Marine Biology Adventures with Reef Check (EMBARC) 2018 Season! This program is focused on teaching middle school and high school students about marine ecosystems and how to carry out scientific investigations of the coastal waters surrounding Los Angeles. This highly interactive marine conservation program, led by trained marine science professionals, gives students the chance to become Marine Biologists for the day and to carry out scientific tests in Marina del Rey's marina and out in the open ocean. The program aims to raise awareness about the value of ocean resources, threats to ocean health and solutions to these problems.
