I stay in Northwest of Yunnan, China. I’m 31 years old. I have do my word about conservation of Yunnan Snub-nosed Monkey for 6 years. Since 2014, we tried to do some work about public participation.

I got my PhD from Cornell in resource economics in 1989. I worked for the MA utility commission, Northeast Utilities, the ME energy office, and 2 environmental newsletters. Now "retired", I focus on advancing climate change science and creating carbon pricing.
