My name is Morgan Elliott, I am 22, and I am an assistant environmental educator at the Branches program of the Parks & People Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland. It is my purpose to inspire young people, like myself, to clean our earth and to educate them on why it is our responsibility to do so.

With 14 years of proven success transforming environmental education programs, I'm a results-driven leader who combines business acumen with deep commitment to equity and inclusion. At YMCA Camp Thunderbird, I grew struggling programs by over 200% during the pandemic years, generating $1.2+ million in annual revenue while serving 156+ school groups and managing teams of up to 67 staff. As a YMCA Diversity, Inclusion & Global Ambassador with a fresh Doctorate in Environmental Studies (May 2025) focused on racial equity in residential environmental education, I bring unique expertise in creating programs that are not only financially sustainable and educationally excellent, but genuinely accessible to learners from all backgrounds. My track record spans program development, staff leadership, budget management, and organizational change, with experience ranging from intimate nature journaling classes to large-scale conference management.
