I am a retired school librarian with summer camp and nature center experience. Masters Degree in Outdoor Teacher Education from Northern Illinois, University. I am currently a part-time academic advisor. I am currently working with the Boy Scouts presenting a Scout Naturalist Program in Maryland.
I love teaching, and sharing the joy of nature with everyone I meet. I have been helping to get Coldharbour Institute's Environmental Education program up and running, a local non-profit that has land and ranching ties. I also work for the Master in Environmental Management Program at WCU.
I am a retired graphic designer and photographer (Kodak) who is concerned with the sustainability of our water resources and the impact it may have on our children. My company, H2Ology, has created two oversized classroom environmental education board games targeted to middle school students.
